You may return items within 14 days of receipt if:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • The item is not a custom-made or personalized piece

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized handcrafted goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Carefully package the item and ship it to our Richmond address
  5. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Craftedxyflameeo is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us before returning international orders.
